We have a 48 hours cancellation policy.



$300 non-refundable booking fee, which is due at the booking upon receipt the invoice from our booking software Pocketsuite. In order to secure your appointment, Confirmation via the app is required by paying the Non-refundable Deposit.  If confirmation (Deposit) is not received within 24hrs, your appointment will not be scheduled and you will lose your spot! In the event that appointment was confirmed with deposit, the remaining balance is due at the time of your service via cash, credit/debit card, Venmo or PayPal.  No refunds will be given for any services performed. No refunds will be given on the booking fee due to late cancellations (less than 3 weeks before your appointment) or no-shows.  Also, please be aware that if you are more than 15 mins. late (if you feel you will be late, please let us know in advance so that plans can be made), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation as well.  We are aware that life happens and sympathetic, but we often have another client after the initial one and it would be unfair for them to have to wait for their appointment.  If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure, a new deposit and scheduled appointment will need to be made.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed for some clients.  We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantees will be made and no additional touch-ups will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma.
If you have had your eyebrows/lips previously tattooed/microbladed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. We don't work over the eyebrows/lips previously done by another technician unless the pigment is sufficiently faded (based on assessment by Artist) or removed without scar tissue left behind.  We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.

Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional touch-ups for best results and will be charged accordingly.

Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. 

Your follow-up appointment after initial procedure will not be scheduled any sooner than 6-12 weeks following your first session, although later is better. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again.  The color takes some time to settle in the skin and may in many cases disappear and resurface around 4-6 weeks post procedure. The follow-up appointment is highly suggested for best results. No additional touch-up appointments will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma. Refreshers (annual touch-ups) are generally required every 1-2 years to keep the color looking fresh.



If any other technician applies Permanent Makeup/Microblading (cosmetic tattoo) over an area originally done @ Inkology, we will no longer perform any future procedures. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes pop up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment with your eyebrow technician, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule it. We require 48 hours of advance notice.
Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 48 hours from appointment time or clients who no-show without notice will lose their $300 booking fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and a new $300 booking fee will need to be paid. Out of respect and consideration for your eyebrow technician and other customers, please do your best to be on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in losing your $300 deposit and you will be required to pay another $300 to book a new appointment.

Children and Pets are NOT allowed at Inkology …even though we love both dearly!
